It doesn’t matter how good you are, whether you’ve been playing for years or have never picked up a bat before. We have people of all abilities coming along and the aim is to give everybody a game.
If you are a member of a Brownies, Guides, WI or other female organisation and are interested in talking to us about taster sessions, we would really like to hear from you so please send us an email email@example.com
We are holding monthly ladies only sessions in Cardiff, each month we see new faces so if you are interested please come along.
If you are interested in running similar sessions in your area, please let us know, we would love to support you. We aim to get groups of ladies playing all over Wales, but we need some willing volunteers to make this happen.
We have made some fantastic links with the WI, U3A and the girl guides setting up some taster sessions and helping them to set up as clubs. We are still looking to make more contacts, so please continue to spread the word and get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Got a spare minute to watch some of the Welsh girls showing how much fun table tennis can be . . .
There are not enough females taking up a sport – and not enough staying in a sport as they progress into adulthood.
Table Tennis is a great sport for women. It obviously does not require physical strength, it is played in a pleasant environment and it is a great fun way to keep fit. Friends made through table tennis tend to become friends for life.
We are looking to encourage more women of all ages to both take up table tennis and to stay involved permanently.
As part of this process, we will be running female only sessions and social events.
Our aim is to keep you updated here with what is going on across Wales.
If you have any questions about the sport or would like to get in touch, feel free to email us on email@example.com.
We would be especially interested in hearing from any ladies groups who would like to consider adding table tennis to their activities.
